What to do to cancel or return:

Cancel:
Cancelling your order is possible without cost for as long as the parcel has not been shipped.
If you cancel your order after the parcel has been shipped you have to refuse the package upon delivery.
We will refund your payment after receipt of the package in good order , undamaged and in the original packing.
We will charge you for the return shipment cost.

Return:
Consumers have the right to return the goods within 14 days after delivery of the goods, without giving reasons.. Exceptions include personalized products / customization and products that because of their nature cannot be returned.
All Heat lamps that are available on the website of MS Broedmachines cannot be returned.

If the full order is returned the full purchase price, including shipping, will be refunded.
If a partial order is returned then the initial shipment cost are not refunded
Refund will take place within 14 days after receipt of the goods in good order and in the original packing and undamaged.
The shipment cost for returns are in both cases for your own account
All cancellations and returns must be expressed in writing to MS Incubators. Use our Return form. For refunding we need your account number , IBAN and Swift/BIC code.
Caution: You need to give the same banking details as you used to pay the order to MS Broedmachines, this to prevent fraud.
